This page sets out the terms that govern the use of www.tivvytech.co.uk itself, as that use is actually built. It does not govern any operator site a reader may reach from here.
What kind of site is this?
This site is a static publication. Every page is a file prepared in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account system and no form, input field or upload control anywhere in the build. Nothing a reader does on this site can be submitted, stored, changed or processed by the site itself, because no mechanism exists here to accept that kind of interaction.
What happens when a link is clicked?
This site runs no gambling service of its own. A link described as an operator link never opens the operator directly. It first points to an address on this domain, which answers with a 302 redirect and hands the visitor on to the operator's own tracking address. Ten such redirect rules are defined in the build, and every one of them points outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as a sponsored link and opens in a separate tab, so the reader is never left uncertain about whether the page in front of them is this site or somewhere else. The relationship with any operator begins only once that separate site has loaded and is answering directly from its own server.
How is the published content fixed and dated?
The inventory of pages on this site is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists a single address. Every page carries a publication date and a modification date in its structured data, and that modification date matches the date the sitemap publishes, so a reader can always tell exactly when the version of a page in front of them was issued. Every style, script, font and image the page loads comes from this same domain; no third-party server is contacted while a page is being displayed. If an address is requested that does not exist on this site, the response is a page marked so that it is not indexed or followed, and it forwards the visitor straight back to the home page, so a mistyped or expired link cannot turn into a page of its own.
What can this page not promise?
There is no registration, no account and no way to submit anything on this site, so nothing here can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no visitor-generated content exists to be governed. The build also carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form, so these terms cannot promise a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty to deal with. For the same reason, this page names no company, no jurisdiction, no age threshold, no licence and no dispute procedure: none of these were verified in the build, and stating any of them here would be inventing a fact rather than reporting one. Any terms that bind a reader once they leave this site belong entirely to the destination they arrive at.
